The licence

It is a one-time purchase: not a subscription.

• The licence covers 2 Macs. Extra seats can be purchased.
• The versions you received are yours forever.
• New updates arrive for 1 year from the purchase date. After that the app keeps working, it just stops getting new versions.

What is free

Scanning any device, seeing the full list and previewing every file, with no account, no deadline and no limit. The licence is required to recover files to the destination.

Refunds

Within 7 calendar days of purchase, we refund you, it is the withdrawal right in Brazil’s Consumer Code for online purchases. Write to support@deeprecovery.app; no hoops.

A card chargeback without contacting us first may lead to the key being revoked.

What you may do

Use the app for any purpose, personal or professional, on the number of machines licensed. What you may not do: redistribute the key or circumvent the licensing.

What recovery depends on, and what it does not guarantee

Recovery depends on what is still on the device. A file that was overwritten, fragmented without its cluster chain, or sitting on an unreadable sector may come out partially or not at all. Scanning and previewing are free precisely so you can see the result before buying: what the scan finds and opens in the preview is what the licence recovers.

DeepRecovery opens the device read-only and never writes to it. Even so, a device with a physical fault can get worse with any read; on an unstable card, make an image first and scan the image.

Warranties

The app is provided as is, within the limits consumer law allows. We work to fix defects quickly: the version history is public, on the site.

Law and venue

Brazilian law applies. Where the law so guarantees, venue is that of your place of residence.
